Jump has been in many different formats over the years. I won’t bore you with that. What I will tell you is the idea was born in 2011 with a small facebook groups for a “slimmers” group in the gym I worked in. We used the group to communicate with each other our nutirion and training. Once the “diet” was over the group continued. As the gym manager we used the group to help this select group of members out on a more personal touch. This group still operates today.
In 2017 I made the decision to start Jump with a few trail runs. 4-5 versions later I realised that I need to up the standards to match the content I was providing
Simply put I provide 15 years of experience and in order to reach more people I needed to move away from a facebook group. Its biggest strength is its biggest weakness. A facebook group gets chaotic
Thats why I have my own website and course facility where all my clients have their own private members areas they can log in and follow jump 4.2 at their preferred rate
