Jeremy guides his clients through a detailed discovery process to understand their transferable skills, goals and objectives and then works to find an ideal match. In doing so, Jeremy also brings his own experiences as a small business owner to bear – as Jeremy became a franchise owner (via two separate brands) in 2016. While Jeremy works with individuals from varied backgrounds, he has developed a specialism focused upon those seeking to immigrate to the US via the E2 Visa program, helping such clients find a franchise to support their Visa application. Prior to becoming a small business owner, Jeremy spent over 20 years in the banking industry. Most recently, he was Co-Head of Wholesale Banking in the Americas for Standard Chartered Bank (‘SCB’) in New York, where he had full profit & loss responsibility and oversaw approximately 400 employees across four offices in North America and six offices in Latin America. Prior to SCB, Jeremy spent his early career with HSBC Bank, undertaking multiple roles in London, Hong Kong and New York. Jeremy grew up in England, attended Bridgwater Technical College and entered the banking industry where he became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Jeremy currently lives in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife Elaine. In 2022, after 25 years in the US, both Jeremy and Elaine became US Citizens!
