The month of March is set aside to acknowledge the contributions women have made and are making. It’s themed “WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH”. 
I’m super excited to be featuring on The MonaVations™️ Podcast some amazing women in honor of Women’s History Month and March Madness season. Our next feature for this month’s is the Founder of the Facebook community Phenomenal Black Woman - Jayda T. James! Jayda Tennille James is an author, coach, educator, motivational speaker, radio show host and the creator of Phenomenal Black Woman, an online community established for women to help them S.M.I.L.E., which means Support, Motivate, Inspire, Love and Encourage. 
She debuted her first book in 2019,  Overcoming Obstacles, a 30 day devotional journal designed to help you create your own formula for success. Jayda has been a teacher for the same school district for 22 years and is looking to advance professionally. 
Jayda has been married to William James Jr for 19 years and they have 3 amazing children: Kameron, Kelby, and Kennedi. She is a proud member of Jordan Temple Baptist Church in Hillside, IL. She is motivating women on a national level and building a legacy for her children to be proud of and continue. All Jayda wants you to know is that you are indeed phenomenal!!!
