Unlike our clothing, we humans don't arrive here on the planet with our own care instructions attached. Considering how precious we are, in comparison to our laundry, it may seem quite surprising that more attention has not been paid to meeting and caring for our delicate emotional and psychological as we develop and grow. This week, I invite you to create your own "care" instructions to guide you through protecting and nurturing your own, as well as others, new growth and development, to rebalance and heal your life, as well as the "life" principle itself.
