In honor of the celebration of LOVE and Valentine's day, I created this special bonus episode from the 3-Part Series I've been doing on "Healing the Sexual Self" about healing the sexual self is a sacred process, because it allows us to return to the fullness of our vital life force, known in many traditions by different names. Healing sexual trauma is part of the REVOLUTION, as it is the expression of taking back one's allegiance to outside power structures that have shaped our desire into the current toxic frames of femininity and masculinity. In this episode I share a glimpse into my personal healing around sexual trauma and what this means for the collective as we stand the precipice of the a new age of personal power, responsibility, and true love. For me, this is a rediscovery of the heart, moving from the sacrificial heart to the sacred heart. I will "be mine!"
