One of my clients' most common complaints is not being where they want to be, or that they don’t have what they want.
And when looked at more carefully at the situation, an individual's behavior tends to be the number one factor in their predicament. And behavior is shaped by beliefs, which are held in place by emotion--often unprocessed, painful ones. It's not that they don't "know" what to do; it's more like changing behavior seems insurmountable, to where we often become our own saboteur. In this week's episode, I offer some reflections on what causes us to miss the mark!
