The way we think, feel, and behave can sometimes cause stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions. In this episode I will be discussing the cognitive behavioral tools that I learned in therapy and from watching the “Cognitive Behavioral Tools” video by Dr. LuAnn Helms on YouTube. She is a psychologist of the Utah State University’s Counseling and Psychological Services. Practicing these tools will help us make better sound decisions and also help us to see things from the other person’s perspective. We sometimes have to change our thought pattern if we are going to become the best version of ourselves. I hope that after watching this video you can feel yourself moving in the right direction. I can feel us getting stronger and wiser. So, let’s continue on our journey to becoming more ourselves. Let’s go!
