Hey y'all I am with an awesome guest who happens to be the owner of prominent and amazing restaurants with some unique cuisines. Sean Wen. He is the part owner of Curry Boys BBQ, Pinch Boil House and coming soon Wurst Behavior. His cuisine has a hybrid of Mexican, Tex Barbq and some nice South-East Asian food. We talked about his upbringing and how he solidified his place in the food culture of San Antonio.
