So this is the second of the micro podcasts and today it is literally freezing and I think it has been all day.
I could have stayed in the house sat at laptop working but it's not healthy so I took a brief stroll.
I know friends inside and outside of archery community or rather archery family are are struggling with the new lockdown her in the UK. So I'm going to try and offer some thoughts, help and ideas I am using to keep going and coping.
