In today's episode I am joined with Adam who worked at the same special education school I went too, Adam worked there for 12 years and now is headteacher at a different school. This is a really good conversation and catch up after a good amount of years. The main topic of conversation is behaviours in today's episode. We think there should be a element to a person's behaviour where the teacher shows' empathy and understands.
