In today's episode I am joined with Zelda who is from Sweden. She gives us an insight how the IBD community is over there and her Ulcerative Journey so far. She was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2017 and has had a Stoma bag since 2019. Zelda enjoys raising awareness and helping out in the IBD community and she offers some great advise.
