In today's episode I am joined with Alex who is Autistic, we talk about a few topics such as hobbies, jobs and what it's like to be Autistic. We talk sensory, what irritates us and why it is hard to ask for help. Alex mentions he went for an interview for a job he did really well apart from he didn't make eye contact even though he didn't get the job he said he was autistic. This wrong, we know the statistics for getting a job when you are autistic this needs to change.
