Lacrecia Dangerfield, EdD, LPC-MHSP is the Founder & CEO of L V Dangerfield LLC, a personal and professional development company dedicated to educating, inspiring and empowering faith driven women to create transformative lives and businesses. She is committed to helping mental health clinicians and transformational leaders all over the world experience fulfillment, success and freedom in business and in life. Through training, coaching, and mentoring, Dr. Dangerfield teaches leaders how to connect their professional identity and their purpose so that they can maximize their impact and income. Dr. Dangerfield is a co-author in the Amazon Best Selling anthology “Shut’em Down Black Women, Racism and Corporate America”.  

Dr. Dangerfield started her career in retail management and later moved into custodial banking and benefits payments for a Fortune 500 organization. Her transition into the counseling professional helped to grow her professionally from an outpatient therapist moving into middle tier leadership as the Program Director of Counseling and Community Based Services for local community mental health agency.

Dr. Dangerfield received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis. She completed her Master of Arts in Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University and  Doctorate of Education in Counselor Education and Supervision program at Argosy University – Nashville..
