A serial killer, spliced with the strength and height of a Boa constrictor. He’s a part of a group of scientific experiments that went awry despite their noble beginnings. A loving father that was a doctor was trying to cure his son’s skin disease. Using stem cells and gene splicing he created a process he felt would work and long story short Boa is one of the results.
