In this week's episode we have Angel Diaz, CEO of Allegient Defense with headquarters in Arlington, Virginia! They provide engineering and management expertise to the federal government and were recently acquired as a standalone company that will be growing at a much faster rate. Angel is a Cuban American who originally is from Miami, Florida. He comes from a second generation military family and joined the Navy at 17 years old and served for almost 9 years. Always had the entrepreneurial spirit and started grinding at a young age in Miami. He loves working with people and mentions how you cannot achieve success on your own, it is a team effort! He shares how he structures his day and likes winning, and it is not only about winning but also not quitting and having the perseverance to continue moving forward. Angel mentions how one should achieve and retain from our knowledge and experiences, and to be a successful entrepreneur you need to have a certain tolerance towards risk.
