The Motivation To $ucceed cast welcomes Shá Renczkowski who is a swiss army knife in the world of sports. From working with the LA Chargers in the summertime to coaching girls basketball, she displays her love of sports through her fashion, her vocabulary, and her resume which is STACKED. Receiving offers from 6 different NFL teams with many jobs she has the ability to navigate through her options to decide what her future will behold. As Flozay and Shá started off the show reminiscing about attending college together where they both followed studies in Sport's Management, the connection was very authentic when it came in relations to the flow of the show. We as a whole continued the conversation even further and discussed the aspect of Mental Health inside our personal lives, work, or just from experiencing things from others through social media. We want to thank Ms. Renczkowski for supporting the movement as well as being a huge part of this journey.
