Episode 95 breaks down escapism. The conscious or subconscious act of ignoring the realities of life. Escapism may be used to occupy one's self away from persistent feelings of depression or general sadness. The tendency to escape from daily reality or routine by indulging in daydreaming, fantasy, or entertainment. Escapism is a topic that many people seemingly avoid. Escapism is a vital topic to discuss because it allows us to connect the dots to why so many issues in our world are still occurring. Isaiah 48: [22].
Escapism is a tool in which the vast majority of the masses lean, to help cope with the realities of their own life and the world itself. Escapism allows an individual to dig deep into a distraction that allows them to completely disregard the firestorm that is occurring in their life and around the world. Escapism will destroy those who use it as a crutch in their everyday life. The realization is that the vast majority of the masses do lean on escapism just to get through each day. Eventually, escapism will catch up to a person and typically make things worse. Proverbs 12: [20].
The lack of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding is blatantly obvious in Babylon. Babylon has bamboozled, deceived, and manipulated the masses through the various systems in place. In no way shape or form did The Most High envision this type of life for us. It oftentimes takes someone to hit rock bottom before they realize they need to make drastic changes in their life. It oftentimes takes someone to hit rock bottom before they realize that there is a huge void in their life. The truth is bitter. Why do you think so many people cannot hold themselves accountable and immediately play the victim role? Escapism doesn’t allow you to ever look at your true reflection in the mirror and to take the necessary steps towards real change. The vast majority of the masses are partaking in escapism whether they realize it or not. Isaiah 41: [10].
It's up to The Most High's righteous people to warn those around them about the world's evil, wickedness, and idolatry. It’s up to The Most High's righteous people to share the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of The Most High. Ezekiel 33: [8-9].
Without the Laws, Statutes, and Commandments of The Most High, we'll only continue to be given calamity throughout our lives.
