Episode 209 breaks down plausible deniability. The organization of a clandestine operation in such a way that knowledge of its existence may be denied by those in authority. A condition in which a subject can safely and believably deny knowledge of any particular truth that may exist because the subject is deliberately made unaware of said truth so as to benefit or shield the subject from any responsibility associated with the knowledge of such truth.
If illegal or otherwise-disreputable and unpopular activities become public, high-ranking officials may deny any awareness of such acts to insulate themselves and shift the blame onto the agents who carried out the acts, as they are confident that their doubters will be unable to prove otherwise. The lack of evidence to the contrary ostensibly makes the denial plausible (credible), but sometimes, it makes any accusations only unactionable.

An evil, tyrannical and wicked world that hides behind the facade of benevolence and trying to “save the world.” Evil has always depended on deception and plausible deniability is one of the many tools of emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual warfare upon the masses.
If you haven’t noticed, the whole entire world is built based upon hierarchies. Every hierarchy has some form of authority, control, or rulership. Many people don’t realize that Babylon is built up of hierarchies, in order to keep the masses distracted. It is simply another way to shift blame from one end to the other, leaving the masses confused and more vulnerable to further deception.
Every indoctrination system thrives off the deception and manipulation of plausible deniability. From our education, to finance, to our government, to healthcare, and to religion. There are no shortages of areas within their hierarchies to shift blame. We die for lack of knowledge.
It's up to The Most High's righteous people to warn those around them about the world's evil, wickedness, and idolatry. It’s up to The Most High's righteous people to share the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of The Most High.
Without the Laws, Statutes, and Commandments of The Most High, we'll only continue to be given calamity throughout our lives.
