Episode 16 breaks down the narrow path of the righteous. The narrow path of the righteous is a path that ultimately forces you to separate yourself from your old ways and anyone that is trying to hold you back and wants you to remain living wickedly. Whether its an acquaintance, coworker, family member, friend, etc., we must remove ourselves from anyone hindering our walk on the narrow path of the righteous. Psalms 1: [1-6].
Nowadays, living a righteous life will bring you hatred. Living a righteous life will bring you enemies. Living a righteous life will destroy your relationships; it’ll affect your income and how you make money if you work in any sector. You’ll frequently look around and realize that there isn’t anyone you can genuinely trust or count on to be there. It is rare to come across multiple people within your vicinity that indeed hearkens to The Most High and are living by his laws, statutes, and commandments. We must strive to live a life pleasing to The Most High and The Most High only. Psalms 146: [3].
We live in a society and world where truth doesn’t matter. People’s emotions and feelings towards something are more important to them and are their God. Society governs themselves according to this mentality. We live in a society where popularity and the “majority rule,” along with the “herd mentality” is more important than the truth. Frequently, those on the narrow path of righteousness can become exhausted, trying to help wake those around them up. You will face anger, arguments, backlash, criticisms, debates, fights, gossip, hatred, slander, and a long list of many responses from those around you. Jeremiah 4: [22].
Walking on the narrow path of righteousness isn’t for the apprehensive. Walking on the narrow path of righteousness isn’t for the cowardly, or the timid, nor the faint of heart. The righteous and virtuous saints of The Most High must remain strong. We must remind ourselves of the importance of the mission at hand. The most important thing that we should be focusing on is the laws, statutes, and commandments of The Most High. We must focus on wisdom, knowledge, and understanding and letting those around us know the importance of living a life pleasing to The Most High. Proverbs 3: [1-7].
It's up to saints of The Most High's to warn those around them about the evil, wickedness, and idolatry of the world. It’s up to the saints of The Most High to share the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of The Most High - Ezekiel 3: [18-21]. Without the Laws, Statutes, and Commandments of The Most High, we'll only continue to be given calamity throughout our lives.
