Description

Yoana Strateva is a European attorney, who has lived in five different countries, at present based in Seattle, WA. Yoana holds a law degree from France and an LLM degree from Queen Mary University of London. Yoana specializes in Competition law, Intellectual property and has a special interest in Fashion law. Yoana obtained several certificates in Fashion law, and she is an alumna of the prestigious Fashion Law Bootcamp organized by the Fashion Law Institute.

Before moving to the United States, Yoana was an associate at a European law firm where her work involved cases in the area of Contract Law, Competition law, Trademark and Copyright Law. She has several publications in the field of Intellectual property. At present, her work is focused on Trademark and Copyright law.

Yoana has experience working in an international environment and advising multinational clients. She is also a European professional representative for Trademarks and Designs, and is also an active member of Sofia Bar Association.
