Today’s conversation is with Lynn Dugan, a registered dietitian who grew up in a family where food was more than just nutrition, where she learned how to cook and also learned about the connection it had to health. Lynn has worked in cardiovascular nutrition, research and for fun, took culinary classes to later teach her own cooking classes. Dietetics lead her to teaching as an adjunct professor and cooking has led to her becoming an author of her recent book Not Your Mama's Kitchen: the Essential Guide to Get Yours Started.
