Today’s conversation is with Jessie Wong, a registered dietitian who started out wanting to be a doctor, ended up being an accountant and then becoming a dietitian as a second career. Her passion for nutrition stemmed from a family connection to irritable bowel syndrome and the rest is history. As with many people, the pandemic has made a shift in her career from working with collegiate athletes to growing her business specializing in IBS and gut health.
