Today’s conversation is with Sarika Shah, a registered dietitian who started out with a passion for gerontology, worked in long term care and transitioned to an outpatient practice. During that time, she realized there was a need for nutrition education for Indian-Americans in her community while she was also learning she needed a little more work -life balance and She is currently expanding her private consulting business while helping Indian - Americans make the connection between their health and nutrition.
