Sarah has worked in many settings from clinical, worksite wellness, got her masters in public health, was a media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, President of the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is currently flourishing in her own practice. What is great about this conversation is Sarah introduces us to hypnosis and how it is a new and exciting frontier for practicing dietetics.
