Today’s conversation is with Stephanie Johnson, a registered dietitian who found a passion for the medical field in college, found out pre-med and physics wasn’t her thing and discovered dietetics. She has worked in a variety of settings including food service, WIC, outpatient diabetes and cardiac rehab and retail. Along the way, she realized her love for the aging population. She has a thriving private practice, Sunset Nutrition Consulting, specializing in long term care.
