Today’s conversation is with Manju Karkare, a registered dietitian who has always had a love for science and grew up in a large family of medical professionals. She originally wanted to be a dentist or an architect and luckily found dietetics. She has worked in many different settings including academia, clinical, corporate wellness and currently has her own private practice. She finds joy in being a dietitian but also includes service in her daily life.
