Today’s conversation is with Jessica Miller, a registered dietitian who thought she was going to be a business major and then through her own personal health journey, found dietetics. She has had quite the dietitian journey so far, starting off as a diabetes educator, working in retail, dialysis and now is the dietitian for the Seafood Nutrition Partnership, where she focuses on educating other dietitians on the science and health of seafood.
