Today’s conversation is with Rachel Binkley a registered dietitian who found how important nutrition was in her life being a gymnast which led her to seek out dietetics as a profession. She didn’t think she would like clinical nutrition but found out quickly, she could be the “good guy” in the hospital with her patients. Still early on in her career, she is starting a new professional adventure and also serves a community of helping others end restrictive eating.
