Today’s conversation is with Rosanne Rust, a registered dietitian who had a personal journey to nutrition with having a food allergy at a young age and having a creative-in-the-kitchen mom during her adolescence. As she started her career in dietetics, she realized how much she enjoyed research and how this applies to clinical nutrition and helping others. She has turned all her experiences into a fruitful career as a business owner of Rust Nutrition Services and author of multiple books, including her latest “Zero Waste Cooking for Dummies.”
