Today’s conversation is with Lisa Woodruff, a registered dietitian who initially was a journalism major but changed to nutrition and kinesiology. She initially struggled to find full time work out of her internship but then found herself in clinical and employee/corporate wellness. After the pandemic, a move to a new city and 3 kids at home, she decided she was going to start her own business. But the focus of her business quickly changed as her youngest son developed a food allergy.
