Today’s conversation with Mandy Mindin, a registered dietitian who believes in the power of timing in our lives. Mandy always has had a passion for wellness and being active which lead her to dietetics. With the passion for health, she began her career in clinical dietetics and shortly after, she was offered an opportunity to work in Oncology. This was not an area she had considered in the past but it has turned out to be nothing but rewarding.
