EPISODE 4! On this bonus episode we are talking with Melbourne based actor Laurence Boxhall who you may recognise as the Gen Z captain from Channel Nines TV show Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation.

Laurence Boxhall is a NIDA graduate who made his television debut in teen series The Worst Year of My Life … Again and was in Michael Rymer’s critically acclaimed Deadline Gallipoli for Foxtel/Matchbox Pictures, as well as featuring in The Spirit of the Game. Laurence made his professional stage debut in 2015 opposite Jane Turner in the Melbourne and Sydney Theatre Company co-production of Jumpy. He is also well known for playing the main cast role of Daniel in both seasons of ABC’s Ronny Chieng: International Student. Last year saw Laurence star in Melbourne Theatre Company’s enormously successful 2019 production of Shakespeare in Love, directed by Simon Phillips, and Patalog Theatre's production of Punk Rock.

In this episode we talk about what it means to be a millennial and not use social media, choosing to study acting even after establishing a career, and what it means to separate yourself from your work as an artist.
