This week we have an update, for the first time the market is showing signs that it may be chancing... We bring in the standard stats which are not really that bad at all. However the market climate that has come to the surface since the BOC began raising rates has changed the tone of things.... Next month may be a bit more telling but for now we are only seeing SMALL cracks in the surface and some SLIGHT points of softening...
