This week i am taking a different approach to the supply issues in the Vancouver Real Eatate market.
Yes the city needs to add more supply, but what type of supply makes the most scense?
Today i am solo and i argue that it makes the most sense for the city of Vancouver to add high-end supply to the market. I believe this is the best way forward in order to extract the high net worrh buyers from the medium & most competitive segment of the market. This in turn would make it easier and less competative for the centre of the market to purchase.
Interested in your thoughts and comments on this one. Although I can imagine what most are going to say 😂
