This week Ben is solo while Jay is away! Ben discusses some new changes that are coming to both the Vancouver Real Estate Board & Realtor.ca for further Real Estate transparency to the market.
Transparency is always welcomed win our eyes & the more information that is free flowing about the market, the better.
The changes discussed are as follows:
- Historical Listing Prices of home swill now be made public through Realtor.ca
- October 17 2022 - Any bully offers that may come in early will be held and not disclosed to the seller until the official offer date.
- Multiple offer clarity & registry with specific details to be made public to all parties involved.
