Today Ben and I have our final stand, the last hoorah, the final video!
And during this final video we discuss yesterdays .25% interest rate hike from the bank of Canada. Most people are on the team of believing this will be the 8th and final incremental raise by the BOC... PERSONALLY I believe we will have one more..... But only time will tell that story... On March 8th to be precise...
We also discuss the recent uptick in market activity we are seeing in all price areas of the market that mysteriously began at the beginning of this month new year new excitement!
And finally we discuss the immigrations targets and numbers that have been record breaking in 2022 and how the market on the ground here in BC will react to such a provincially domestic influx of new Canadians entering the province and assumably the Vancouver Real Estate Market!
