I have dedicated my career to working with people individually as well as larger audiences through training, event planning, fundraising, social work and in public health. The time is right to start to launch this Podcast. I want to reach audiences that are isolated during this COVID-19 pandemic. I hope the information I provide will spark some self-awareness and that hearing about healing processes might enable people to reach out and get the professional help they need. I want to fight the stigma that surrounds mental health.
