Claire is a small Jewish girl with a self-proclaimed zest for life (when she isn’t feeling depressed). She’s a very funny comedian, born and raised in Manhattan, Producer of Good Potential Productions & the Bearhug Variety Show (Next show 12/21 – 7PM @ Caveat Theater), and NYU business school student. She dreams of being the next Harvey Weinstein in the entertainment business, except nice. Today we go deep on therapy – Claire is a guru and answers questions about Group Therapy, tackling anxiety by deconstructing thoughts into core beliefs, boundary setting, parental relationships, romantic relationships, sunk cost fallacy, and even how to stop a panic attack.
