Amelia Nelson! Amelia is our favorite mom (of 5) slash comic proudly hailing from Marietta (South Carolina, not Georgia). Now based in Greenville, Amelia has been doing standup comedy for the last 3 years. We’ve known each other in passing for awhile, but this was our first extended conversation, and we had a blast. We shared our first impressions of each other, and each other’s comedy and how thankfully both have come a long way. We talk about progress in standup, shoutout new local comics who are getting better, relationships, dating, parenting, and the importance of giving yourself grace as you grow in your life (you’re doing great ;) lol).
