Description

Join the crew of CFU as they battle against machine!

  1. Smoke a glass using a smoker and woodchips
  2. Fill the smoked glass with crystal clear ice ball
  3. In the cocktail shaker muddle flame kissed jalapeno pepper then add Mezcal, guava juice (or puree), lemon juice, agave nectar (or syrup) and both Angostura and Peychauds' bitters
  4. Shake for 15 - 20 seconds
  5. Strain mixture into the smoked glass over ice ball
  6. Garnish with slice of jalapeno and sprinkle smoked sea salt over top

Shake ingredients 15-20 seconds in shaker server strain in highball glass with Ice Spear pre rimmed serve glass top with soda water

Smoke Kiwi Juice in separate glass. Add Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Smoked Kiwi Juice in a mixing glass with ice, mix to combine and pour into a Collins glass with ice, top off with soda water.
