Join us this week as we sit down with Jason Chen. Jason Chen is a level 3 wrestling coach at the Reinitz Wrestling Centre, home to the Montreal Wrestling Club. The Reinitz Wrestling Centre, is located in the Sylvan Adams Young Men's and Young Women's Hebrew Association (YM-YWHA) Montreal, Canada. Coach Chen has over 20 years wrestling experience both at a national and international level as a coach and 16 years as a competitor. He has been a permanent fixture at Gelinas Academy of Mixed Martial Arts (GAMMA), Montreal, and is an exceptional and inspirational coach.
