Known by FloGrappling as The Best Blue Belt in The World in 2017 Darin Conner DeAngelis is not only a world class competitor, but also a world class guy! From his training routines, to times spent with friends on the beach or on the mats, Conner always tries to bring out the best not only in himself or the situation he is in, but the best in the those around him! I was super stoked to have such an awesome guy on the show so early on, and I look forward to sitting down with him again!
