Brad Strain is the head Jiu Jitsu instructor at Upstate Karate/Pitch Black MMA which is the camp that UFC star Steven "Wonderboy" Thompson fights out of. Brad is a super good guy, and an amazing practitioner. It was an honor to just sit down with him and go over how Jiu Jitsu has impacted his life on many different levels.
