Description

This is a Mindfulness practice - a 10 minute breath meditation. It will help you cultivate awareness of your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. It also prepares you for a formal Sitting Meditation practice.  

All you need is your breath, a place to sit and the desire to invest 10 minutes for your well-being :)
