In today's episode, I shared my recent experiences with grief. In the past week, I found out about 2 souls that were called back home. I had the wonderful opportunity to hold space for both of them during their healing and spiritual journeys here on Earth. Yesterday, I took some time to myself to go within, to feel the feelings of grief and sadness that came to the surface, and to honor the precious time I had with them. The words shared and expressed in this episode are to help anyone that is currently working through a loss of any kind.
