In the year and half since the George Floyd murder and ensuing social uprising, organizations of all kinds have shown increased interest in learning about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Many firms endeavor to offer training and education programs for their employees in this area.  It’s natural to feel paralyzed about how to begin to address DEI education within and across an organization.
