Anastasia Manmar spoke with us today about her personal experiences of dealing with the war in Ukraine, while being a Lancaster student; Juggling her mental battles of being far away from home and family during such a tough time, university work and offering her physical support through both organising protests and helping refuges in Slovakia, she let us know what we can do to help.
