Description

As we are seeing the
instructions coming to an end on how to build the tabernacle there is a
question that lingers in my mind that I truly don’t have the answer for, but I
know there has to be a reason.

Why were the furnishings
outside the curtain be made of bronze while those inside the curtain and the
ark of the covenant are made of gold?

I know God doesn’t do
anything without reason.  I love that acacia
wood was used as it is known to be beautiful as well as durable, which makes me
think of the love of God for us.
Beautiful and long lasting.

Are there other questions
you have about symbolism and the construction of this tabernacle?

Imagine how it must have
been over the 40 years they spent in the wilderness to take this tabernacle
down and put it back up as they moved from place to place.
