Also, in America, things have come to a serious head when it comes to what it truly means to be an ‘American.’ Whether one is truly equal or not. Whether being a female (specially a women of color) still limits your ability to purse positions, or especially, the people who are leading truly have no idea about your reality but trying to make all the decisions for you.
