Richie sees an old girlfriend of his, who claims that he is a father. Duncan tells him that it isn't possible, but he still wants to do the right thing and try to have a normal life. That is, until an old foe of Duncan's shows up in town. Kern was a tracker who lead the army to the village where Duncan was living in the late 1800s, and Mac wants his head.
